192 Cores Aluminum Alloy Joint Box for OPGW ADSS Cable Dome Enclosure 4 Ports

 

This fiber optic joint box is commonly used in power delivery and communication transmission applications within fiber optic communication infrastructure, especially suitable for the connection protection of power special optical cables OPGW (Optical Ground Wire) and ADSS (all dielectric self-supporting overhead cable) in outdoor environments. The product has the functions of direct connection and branch connection, and is suitable for overhead poles and towers. Life span is 25 years.

 

Fiber oprical closure box features

  • The fiber optic cable joint and excess length adopt a feeding type fiber storage joint, and the protection form is heat shrink tube reinforcement;
  • The joint box adopts sealing rings and silicone seals, easy to operate, repeatedly opened, expanded, repaired, reconnected, etc.
  • Max. load 4pcs splice trays, the capacity of a single splice tray can reach 48 cores;
  • The joint box will equipped with a dedicated installation brackets for tower or pole;
  • The fiber optic splice tray adopts an aluminum bracket, which is lighter to use and avoids accidents caused by plastic bracket breakage;
  • The inlet nozzle is processed by a precision lathe, which greatly improves the sealing performance and avoids damage to the optical fiber;
  • The alloy shell adopts electrochemical treatment, with a glossy appearance, smooth and not harmful to hands, corrosion resistance, and excellent performance
