This FTTH fiber optical mini dome ftth aerial cheap closures can be placed in aerial, underground, wall-mounting, hand hole mounting and duct-mounting applications.

Optical splice closures are used to distribute, splice, and store the outdoor optical cables which enter and exit from the ends of the closure. There are two connection ways: direct connection and splitting connection. They are applicable to situations such as overhead, man-well of pipeline, embedded situation etc. Comparing with terminal box, the closure requires much stricter requirement of seal. Sealing ring and
air valve are required for closure, but that are not necessary for terminal box.

Product details

This mini splice closure is slim type, diamter only 100mm, good choice for pole mounted outdoor application, low cost but large capactiy.

Every splicing closure will configurate with heat shrink seal tubes, insolation tape, sand paper, bufrer tube, sleeves, alcohol bag, nylon tie, etc.

Standard mounting kits is wall mount(metal sheet with 1 strap and mounting hole itself), if need pole mount will add one more pole mount strap.

This mini closure can be aerial mounted too, there is 2holes on enclosure body itself, and logo print location, the clamp is special design and lock by hand. Also the hole body have many strength strips to make it suitable for outdoor application.

The optical fiber closure is mini dome type, 1oval 3round ports for most application. The diameter is very large, oval port is 30*50mm, round port can do maximum 21mm. All ports with heat shrink tubes when delivery.

There are total 2pcs splice trays for fusion splicing, each tray can hold maximum 12cores optical fibers, total 24cores.Tray material is ABS, white color. Reasonable bend radius, and large fiber routing area and storage space. And the splice trays are fix on the box with screws in middle.

The internal with cable clamps, and metal kits to hold the cable kits like strength member outer sheath, FRP, metal, aramid yarn, etc.

This 24cores splice closure is with white rubber seal around the bottom to ensure it IP68 waterproof function.

The mounting kits is 1metal sheet with stainless steel tapes around the body, if need pople mount, can add one more tape, see below picture:

Optical splice closure will be packed by individual carton box, with accessories and plastic bag, then in master carton box for shipment. Good protection during long term transporation by sea or by air.
