Optical fiber fast connector is a kind of connector which can solve the problem of ultra long distance wiring and fiber to the home project, it make fiber terminations fast, easy and reliable and do terminations without any hassles and require no epoxy, no polishing, no splicing, no heating and can achieve similar excellent transmission parameters as standard polishing and splicing technology. We can greatly reduce the assembly and set up time. The pre-polished connectors are mainly applied to FTTH cable in FTTH projects, directly in the end user site.

HOW TO USE?

The operation is simple, insert the optical fiber to the limit point, automatically generate a small amount of bending, keep your radian, do not straighten, screw the nut first and then lock the switch.

Step 1: take out the boot and put it into the drop cable

Step 2: peel off the 5cm drop cable sheath with drop cable stripper

Step 3: scrape the coating outside the length fixer with Miller pliers

Step 4: wipe the fiber core with dust cloth

Step 5: cut the core with a cutter

Step 6: insert the fiber core into the fast connector to resist the embedded core

Step 7: use the boot on the drop cable to clamp the cable
