FDB0224A  Fiber Distribution Box is used as a terminal point for the feeder cable to connect with drop cable in telecommunication network system. The fiber splicing, splitting, distribution can be  done in this box, and meanwhile it provides protection and management for the FTTx network building.

It is built to be dust-proof and moisture-resistant, suitable for both indoor and outdoor (weatherproof) installations. The dimensions of this box are 240 (length) * 300 (height) * 100 (depth).

A dedicated area for fiber splicing, where main fibers (e.g., red-colored) and pigtails (e.g., blue-colored) are fused. This box is equipped with 24 adapters (e.g., green-colored) for connecting patch cords, enabling fiber distribution. Also, it includes organized spaces for cable fixing and routing, preventing fiber tangling and ensuring proper bend radius control.

Installation Method:

  • Wall-mounted installation: Drill 3 holes in the wall according to the installation size, place the expansion bolt, place the box to match up the holes and use bolt to fasten.
  • Pole-mounted installation: Fix 1 set of the hose clamps to the telecom pole.

Living in the desert means our outdoor equipment faces brutal conditions — 50°C heat, sandstorms, and intense UV exposure. These IP65-rated distribution boxes have held up remarkably well. The PC+ABS material shows no signs of degradation or yellowing after 8 months in direct sunlight. The waterproof rubber seal is still tight. We especially appreciate the clear internal markings — our field teams can identify ports quickly. This is our third bulk order and we're very satisfied.
