24 Core IP65 Outdoor FTTH Fiber Optic Splitter Distribution Box FDB0224HF

FDB0224HF fiber access termination box is able to hold up to 24 subscribers. It is used as a termination point for the feeder cable to connect with drop cable in FTTx network system. It integrates fiber splicing, splitting, distribution, storage and cable connection in one solid protection box with IP65 waterproof grade.

Features

  • The box casing is made of high quality engineering industrial plastic PC+ABS alloy material, strong and tough
  • Outdoor application with good UV resistant, IP65 waterproof protection
  • Maximum 24 cores splicing capacity, stainless anti-rust bolts and nuts
  • The adapter bracket has two fulcrums, can be directly inserted into the reserved hole at bottom, easy for fiber reeling and maintenance
  • Fiber bend radius control more than 35mm
  • 180 degree access with 2 pcs buckled lock structure (Allen screws)
  • Bottom with splitter tube fix slot and input connector slot, humanity design
  • Suitable for SC and LC duplex adapters

Product Details

This fiber optic termination box is 24 ports NAP, widely used in FTTH network. The structure is easy to open with key and 2 buckles at both sides. The box cover is hinged with bottom, and there are strength strips on cover to make it more tough. The whole box body is made of high strength plastic engineering ABS+PC material, suitable for outdoor use, anti-UV, long life time about 20 years.

The internal is flexible with 2-layer design, all fix on the bottom of the box with self tapping screws:

  • 1st layer: front side is 24 pcs SC adapters holder, back side is for splitter slots holder and 2 pcs SC adapter holders for input of splitters
  • 2nd layer: for fusion splice, total 24 pcs sleeves

Cable ports: cable inlet is 1 mid span + 2 cable glands PG13.5, cable outlet are 24 pcs flat drop cable slots with rubber and white fixture to make it in place. All metal parts are stainless steel.
