FDB0216K Fiber optic splitter distribution box is widely used as a termination point for feeder cable to connect with drop cable. The fiber splicing ,splitting, distribution and storage can be done in this box,and meanwhile it provides solid protection and menagemant for FTTX network. This splice closure can be used indoor or outdoor telecommunication network.

 

NAP 16Cores Features

  • Water-proof design with IP65 Protection grade.
  • Integrated with splice cassette and cable management system.
  • Manage fibers in a reasonable fiber radius condition.
  • Fiber bend radius control more than 35mm.
  • 1 uncut cable port for feeder cables.
  • Fixed hermetic seals in all its grooves
  • The entire fiber route protected by transport tube
  • Complete opening of the hinges with stop included
  • Protected and organized pigtail space
  • Support customized services such as logo screen printing.

The box is used outdoor, wall mount , pole mount , the box back itself with wall mount brackets, add 2pcs stainelss steel straps to pole mount.

The box is made of ABS PC high stregnth engineering plastic, and the cable ports is 1oval port, 2cable glands, and 16pcs drop cable round ports.

The splitter plate can use 2pcs 1x8 splitter module or 1pc 1x16 splitter module, it can be flip up 90 degree.

The back of the adapter plate is for cable rougint and storage,large space for 1.5meter long cable. The lower layer is a splice tray, which is 16cores fusion slots for sleeves, which bring the splitter input to fusion with the feeder cable.

The bottom is for feeder cable enter and wiring, there are cable clamps to management fiber optic cable in order, no mess or fiber broken. Reasonable bend radius design.
