FDB0216G is an access terminal box for fiber-to-the-home, FTTH networks. It uses a PLC splitter to connect feeder cables or distribution cables to the user's access cable. It integrates fiber splicing, splitting, distribution, storage, and cable connection in a sturdy protective box.

The box is completely closed and delivered fully loaded with 16 SC adapters and 1x16 splitter mini modules, SC/APC connectors 0.75m white, 900um, G657A1 core and loose tubes, with a large area for winding, storage, splitting. All accessories are mounted on the middle rotating plate, when assembling we just work on the plate and when finished clamp it on the box itself. Quick and easy operation.

The back of the plate is for splitter input pigtails with connector fixtion, and steel tube fix, also there is 16pcs fusion splice slots on the right side, which can use 40mm, 45mm, 60mm heat shrinkable protection tubes for fiber splicing. 

There is transparent cover for the cable winding area, in order to keep them in place and better protection.  SC adapters should be with flange, so as to fix on the slots stable, where will connected with the fast connectors with drop cable.

There is also transparent cover the back winding area too, which is made of PP material and best protection for the fiber optic pigtails.

And the whole box is made of PC ABS material, high strength engineering plastic, ensure long lasting, high strength.

The cable entrance are 2pcs cable glands PG13.5 like above or 1 uncut ports instead which support mid span access. The cable outlet are 16pcs round ports with 3mm diameter hole in the rubber gronments, which ensure IP65 protection grade together with the waterproof ring around internal whole box side. You can use ftth round cable or drop cable as well. If the cable is too big, you can but the rubber gronments, and then clip the cable inside to pull it in and out.

All the cable enter the box will have cable clamps to fix it in place, and there are stainless steel metal fixtures together for cable guide lines.
