144 Cores 2In 2Out Inline Horizontal Fiber Optic Splice Closure Buried Aerial Manhole Enclosure
This product is suitable for various models optical cables with different structures within φ22mm direct and branch connection of overhead/aerial, pipeline, direct burial and well laying, and it is also suitable for the connection of all plastic local telephone cables.
Fiber Optic Splice EnClosure Features
- All performance indicators of the product meet the requirements of national YD / t814-2004 standard
- The outer box is made of imported high-strength engineering plastic (ABS) and added with anti-aging agent for high-pressure injection molding. Arc shaped oval, light weight, high mechanical strength, strong corrosion resistance, lightning resistance, long service life, etc.
- The metal components and fasteners outside the box body are made of stainless steel, convenience to reuse in various environments.
- The outer box and cable inlet are sealed with self-adhesive (non vulcanized) rubber strips, reliable sealing performance and easy to be opened, used and maintained repeatedly
- Unique 3types of cable ring (O-ring) ( φ 12.5mm, φ 17mm, φ 20mm) enables the user to flexibly select according to the actual outer diameter of the optical cable, effectively enhancing the reliability and practicability of the sealing of the cable inlet of the joint box.
- The superimposed structure fiber splice trays in the box and independent insulating grounding device make the capacity configuration and fiber expansion and the grounding flexible, convenient and safe.
- The unique secondary optical cable fixing device makes the optical cable installation more firm and convenient.

Fiber Optic Splice Box Key points of operation
- Select the cable ring suitable for the outer diameter of the optical cable to penetrate into the optical cable, peel off the optical cable, remove the outer sheath, inner sheath and loose tube, clean and remove the oil filling paste in the cable, and leave 1.1 ~ 1.6m optical fiber length and 30 ~ 50mm steel core.
- Fix the cable clamp, fix the optical cable, and fix the optical cable to strengthen the steel core. If the diameter is less than 10mm, the fixed part of the optical cable shall be wound with self-adhesive rubber tape to make the diameter reach 12mm before fixing.
- The optical fiber is introduced into the welding disc, and the heat shrinkable tube and the heat melting tube are sleeved on any one of the optical fibers to be connected. After the optical fiber is welded, move the heat sink and the heat melting tube, and put on the stainless steel (or quartz) reinforcing mandrel to make the optical fiber fusion point in the center of the optical fiber protection tube. Heat the protection tube appropriately to fuse the optical fiber and the protection tube into one, and the protected optical fiber joint is clamped into the fiber groove (24 cores of optical fiber can be distributed on each welding disc)
- Lay the remaining optical fibers evenly in the optical fiber welding disc, and align and position the coiled optical fibers with nylon ties. The welding disc is generally used from bottom to top. After all optical fibers are connected, cover the top layer of the welding disc and fix it.
- Locate and use the grounding wire according to the engineering design requirements.
- Wrap the optical cable around the corresponding position of the cable inlet of the connector box shell, pad the sealing strips in the sealing grooves on both sides of the edge of the connector box shell, close the two shells and squeeze the stainless steel bolts. The stress of bolts shall be symmetrical and uniform until all bolts are tightened.
- According to the laying requirements, self locate and fix the hanger for laying.
